* When release-tools starts sending auto-deployt ags to CNG, they will
not be the same as the tag that is sent to omnibus
* Previously the thought was that we'd carry the same tag downward to
CNG, but this has been determined it'll cause confusion
* Instead we'll send a tag that only represents the timestamp and sha of
gitlab at the time of tagging
* This commit lobs off the `omnibus sha` portion that was originally
proposed
